Graphic Designer - Adobe Photoshop

Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Designer to join our team as an independent contractor. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality digital assets across social media, paid campaigns, websites, and e-commerce platforms. You will work with content provided by the Content Manager and transform raw materials—such as UGC, product footage, and photography—into engaging, polished visuals that align with the brand’s identity.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours/week flexible Monday to Thursday.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce digital assets across social, paid media, website and e-commerce
  • Edit and enhance content sourced by the Content Manager (UGC, product footage, photography)
  • Create static and video assets optimized for social platforms
  • Apply strong visual judgement using food and lifestyle references
  • Ensure all outputs are on-brand and consistent with visual guidelines
  • Manage multiple briefs and deadlines independently
  • Proactively suggest creative treatments, formats and refinements

Required skills & experience

  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • Confident using Canva for rapid, scalable content creation
  • Experience with video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar)
  • Strong eye for typography, composition and pacing
  • Proven interest or experience in food, drink, wellness and fashion brands
  • Comfortable working autonomously with clear briefs
  • Able to take raw content and turn it into high-quality, finished creative
