Schedule: 21 hours/week; Monday to Friday  3am to 6am hours  Saturday 8am to 2 pm EST

Job Description:

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring delivery quality and reducing operational losses through meticulous monitoring and verification processes. This position offers direct impact on company profitability—helping reduce weekly losses from over $1,000 to under $100 through your attention to detail and process management. You’ll work with real-time delivery tracking systems and have the opportunity to grow with a company that’s scaling their operations and may need additional team members as they expand.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor live delivery operations through company tracking dashboard as deliveries are being executed
• Review and verify virtual proof of deliveries (VPODs) to ensure compliance with photo documentation standards
• Ensure adherence to contract-specific requirements (single photo vs. three-photo verification protocols)
• Identify and flag incorrect delivery documentation to prevent financial losses
• Manage email communications and administrative correspondence
• Support delivery process alignment to maintain timely completion across all operations
• Potentially handle phone support and call routing services as operations scale
• Help streamline quality control processes to minimize delivery verification failures

Requirements:

• Fluent English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail for photo verification and quality control processes
• Ability to work with delivery tracking systems and monitoring software
• Basic administrative skills including email management and communication
• Reliable internet connection and comfortable working remotely
• Good communication skills for potential phone support duties
• Ability to work independently while maintaining focus during monitoring tasks
• Bonus if you have experience with logistics or delivery operations
