This pre-launch company is led by a dynamic founder preparing for a major product launch. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping the marketing strategy from the ground up during this exciting growth phase.
Schedule: Flexible during Singapore business hours (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Execute user acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms
- Manage cold outreach strategies via email, social media, and messaging platforms
- Set up and optimize email automation workflows using ActiveCampaign and similar tools
- Create compelling marketing content, including social media posts, graphics, and video reels
- Organize lead databases and maintain structured follow-up schedules
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing initiatives for maximum ROI
- Manage Meta ads campaigns and implement SEO strategies
- Provide administrative support, including travel coordination and general business operations
- Maintain direct communication with the founder for strategic alignment and project coordination
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience with proven results
- Strong expertise in social media marketing and content creation
- Experience with email marketing automation platforms (ActiveCampaign preferred)
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing for marketing content
- Knowledge of Meta ads, SEO, and digital marketing analytics
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Experience with lead generation and cold outreach strategies is a plus
- Familiarity with fintech or startup environments is highly preferred
- High energy and a collaborative communication style are strong advantages
