Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-energy, "outside-the-box" thinker to serve as the right hand to our client. This is not a traditional administrative role; we are looking for a Growth Partner—a problem-solver and a "hunter" who is passionate about the Short-Term Rental (STR) industry. You will manage a dual mission: operational excellence (Guest/Property Management) and aggressive strategic growth (Marketing/Lead Gen).

Key Responsibilities:
- Growth & Marketing: Execute creative social media strategies (IG, FB, LinkedIn). Manage SEO, run targeted ads, and engage in online forums to build brand authority.
- Business Development: Actively source new property owners to grow our portfolio via cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation.
- Guest Experience & Operations: Manage end-to-end guest communications, high-stakes issue resolution, and repeat-guest retention.
- Logistics & Maintenance: Coordinate vendors/cleaners and utilize Hostaway to manage schedules and inventory.
- Financial Administration: Handle vendor payments, supply procurement, invoice organization, and STR tax filing assistance.
Qualifications:

STR Industry Veteran: At least 2+ years of experience within the Airbnb/STR ecosystem. You understand the "emergency-response" nature of this business.
The "Hunter" Mentality: Proven experience in sales or business development. You aren't intimidated by cold outreach and you view a "No" as a stepping stone to a "Yes." -
Tech-Fluent: Expert-level proficiency with Hostaway (or similar PMS), guest communication tools, and CRM software.

Marketing Savvy: You don’t just "post" on social media; you understand funnel conversion, SEO basics, and how to build an online community.

Problem-Solving Prowess: You are a "fixer" who can handle a maintenance crisis at 2 PM and a strategic marketing pitch at 4 PM without breaking a sweat.

Financial Literacy: Comfortable managing budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining organized financial records.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
