Responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliations for multiple client accounts
- Execute comprehensive catch-up bookkeeping projects for clients with backlogged records
- Maintain accurate QuickBooks records for wholesale business clients
- Record financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoicing and payroll tasks as needed
- Work on monthly ongoing bookkeeping maintenance after catch-up work is completed
- Handle basic accounting tasks to support small wholesale businesses
Requirements
- QuickBooks certification required
- Experience with bank reconciliations and financial transaction recording
- Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Ability to work on catch-up projects involving significant backlogs
- Experience with small business bookkeeping preferred
- Strong attention to detail for accurate financial record maintenance
