QuickBooks-Certified Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:

  • Perform bank reconciliations for multiple client accounts
  • Execute comprehensive catch-up bookkeeping projects for clients with backlogged records
  • Maintain accurate QuickBooks records for wholesale business clients
  • Record financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process invoicing and payroll tasks as needed
  • Work on monthly ongoing bookkeeping maintenance after catch-up work is completed
  • Handle basic accounting tasks to support small wholesale businesses

 

Requirements

  • QuickBooks certification required
  • Experience with bank reconciliations and financial transaction recording
  • Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Ability to work on catch-up projects involving significant backlogs
  • Experience with small business bookkeeping preferred
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate financial record maintenance
