Digital Tools & Automation Developer (Front-end / Back-end / Full-Stack)

Job Description: You’ll be the technical architect who transforms great ideas into production-ready solutions. Working with a team that’s already generated specifications and prototypes using AI tools, you’ll take partially built applications from concept to live, functional systems. This role offers the unique opportunity to work across multiple healthcare projects simultaneously, giving you diverse technical challenges and the satisfaction of seeing your work directly impact healthcare operations. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders who understand the business needs but rely on your expertise to make the technical magic happen.

Responsibilities:

  • Transform 7 existing partially-built applications into production-ready systems
  • Integrate backend systems including APIs, databases, and third-party services
  • Implement comprehensive testing frameworks and quality assurance processes
  • Collaborate with AI-generated code and specifications to build functional applications
  • Consolidate multiple separate tools and websites into unified dashboard solutions
  • Provide ongoing optimization and performance improvements to existing systems
  • Support new project development from ideation through deployment
  • Work directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Ensure healthcare compliance and data security standards are met

Requirements:

  • APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED
  • Strong experience with full-stack development, particularly JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Proven ability to work with APIs, databases, and backend integration
  • Experience with testing frameworks and quality assurance methodologies
  • Comfortable working with AI-generated code and specifications
  • Understanding of UI/UX implementation and collaboration with design teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders
  • Bonus if you have healthcare or pharmacy sector experience
  • It helps if you’re familiar with compliance requirements like HIPAA or similar data protection standards
