Role Name: Cold Caller & Appointment Setter

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Pacific with an hour unpaid break

They serve two key markets: corporate clients needing professional attire and gifts, and service-based businesses requiring durable workwear. With typical order values ranging from $5,000 to $20,000, this company offers significant earning potential through their uncapped commission structure.

Job Description: You’ll be the front line of a thriving sales operation, connecting with potential clients and generating qualified leads for high-value uniform and branded merchandise orders. This role puts you in control of your earning potential – with orders averaging $5,000-$20,000 and profit margins that support generous commissions, a single successful deal can earn you your entire monthly salary. You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions about prospect qualification while working with provided lead lists and premium tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calling campaigns daily to prospect new business opportunities
  • Execute LinkedIn outreach and direct messaging to connect with decision-makers
  • Send targeted email campaigns to qualified prospects (secondary focus)
  • Identify and qualify prospects interested in receiving catalogs and pricing information
  • Make independent decisions about which prospects warrant continued sales pursuit
  • Generate appointments and warm leads for the sales team
  • Maintain and work through provided lists of target businesses in real estate and service industries
  • Follow up with prospects across multiple communication channels to maximize conversion

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with cold calling and appointment setting
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn and social media outreach platforms
  • Strong phone communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Self-motivated with ability to make independent prospect qualification decisions
  • Bonus if you have B2B sales experience, particularly in corporate services or uniforms
  • It helps if you’re familiar with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Bonus if you have experience selling to real estate companies or service-based businesses
