Marketing Assistant (SocMed & Outreach)

Client Overview:

A growing bridal services company that specializes in connecting with newly engaged couples across social media platforms. They focus on personalized outreach and relationship building to help brides create their perfect wedding experience. The company has established systems and processes but needs execution support to scale their social media presence and customer acquisition efforts.

Role Overview:

You’ll be the voice of a thriving bridal services company, connecting with excited brides-to-be across social media platforms. This role combines creative personalized messaging, social media management, and relationship building in the exciting wedding industry. You’ll have the opportunity to make couples’ special moments even more memorable while developing diverse digital marketing skills. You’ll play a key role in scaling a business that celebrates love and life’s biggest milestones.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Eastern Time (New York), with 1 hour unpaid/paid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted DM outreach to recently engaged brides on TikTok and Instagram with personalized, congratulatory messages
  • Research prospects’ social media profiles to craft authentic, personalized messages referencing specific wedding details
  • Source and identify prospects based on specific parameters (recently engaged brides, newly married couples, wedding planners)
  • Manage CRM system to track prospect interactions, engagement levels, and conversion progress
  • Create customized messaging for different audience segments with tailored scripts and approaches
  • Post pre-created content across multiple social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
  • Perform light video editing using CapCut Pro to enhance social media content
  • Support email marketing campaigns by resizing social media content in Canva and uploading to Klaviyo
  • Manage Pinterest content strategy and posting schedule
  • Maintain consistent daily engagement and relationship building across all platforms

Requirements:

  • Professional English Proficiency with ability to write engaging, personalized messages that feel authentic
  • Experience with social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest
  • CRM management experience with attention to detail for tracking multiple prospect segments
  • Proficiency with Canva for content design and resizing
  • Bonus if you have experience with CapCut Pro or other video editing tools
  • It helps if you’re familiar with email marketing platforms, particularly Klaviyo
  • Ability to conduct quick research and personalize outreach based on social media profiles
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple audience segments and messaging strategies
  • Experience in lead generation, prospect identification, or social media outreach

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
