We operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where speed, accuracy, and clear communication are critical. We are seeking a highly experienced Assistant with verified short-term rental or property management experience who can confidently manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.

This role is not entry-level. Candidates must have direct experience in the short-term rental industry and be comfortable handling multiple guest interactions and operational tasks simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update property listings and bookings across Airbnb and other STR platforms
  • Respond to guest inquiries within minutes, maintaining a professional, solution-oriented tone
  • Handle high-volume guest messaging while maintaining accuracy and clarity
  • Manage check-in and check-out coordination to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance personnel, and vendors to resolve issues quickly
  • Monitor and update multi-platform calendars to prevent overbookings
  • Follow detailed operational procedures precisely and execute tasks without repeated clarification
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively recommend improvements
  • Escalate urgent issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of resolution
  • Maintain accurate documentation of guest communication and property updates

Required Qualifications (Strict Requirements)

  • Minimum 2+ years of verified experience in short-term rental property management (Airbnb required)
  • Demonstrated experience handling high message volume while maintaining service quality
  • Strong ability to follow written instructions precisely without repeated clarification
  • Proven multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and spoken English 
  • Experience coordinating cleaners and maintenance teams remotely
  • Ability to think critically and resolve guest issues independently
  • Strong attention to detail with zero tolerance for booking or calendar errors
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free work environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing 20+ units simultaneously
  • Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and automation tools
  • Experience working with North American guests
  • Background in hospitality or customer service
