Job Description: You’ll be the vital connection between potential customers and life-changing home improvement solutions, working during the prime hours when homeowners are planning their next renovation project. This role offers the perfect opportunity to develop your sales and customer service skills while supporting a team that makes a real difference in people’s homes. You’ll be working weekend hours when the demand is highest, making you an essential part of the sales process with strong potential for growth into a full-time position as operations expand.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound phone calls from potential customers during weekend operations
• Provide exceptional customer support and intake services for residential remodeling inquiries
• Schedule and book appointments for the sales team using company systems
• Update customer information and track interactions in Salesforce CRM
• Handle diverse sales support tasks to assist the sales team in closing deals
• Manage phone coverage during Saturday and Sunday operations when the office is closed
• Support customers interested in roofing, siding, gutters, and window services
• Create seamless handoffs between weekend operations and the weekday scheduling team

Requirements:

• Strong phone presence and communication skills suitable for sales-oriented conversations
• Experience with customer service and sales support functions
• Ability to work independently during weekend hours with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a major bonus)
• Appointment setting and scheduling capabilities
• Professional demeanor when interacting with potential customers seeking home improvements
• Bonus if you have experience in construction, home improvement, or residential services
• It helps if you’re comfortable working across different time zones and schedules
