Job Description:
You’ll be the operational backbone of a thriving real estate photography business, ensuring smooth daily workflows and timely client deliveries. This role offers the perfect blend of administrative efficiency and light creative work, where your organizational skills directly impact the speed and quality of deliverables to real estate professionals. You’ll work independently during Australian morning hours, managing the critical handoff between photo editing and client delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage daily email communications, particularly incoming photo deliveries from external editors
- Download and organize photo files received from editors (typically arriving around 1 AM Australian time)
- Add professional borders and property outlines to images using Adobe Photoshop
- Apply accurate address labels and property information to processed images
- Convert images to optimized web and print quality formats for client use
- Coordinate the timely delivery of processed materials back to real estate clients
- Maintain organized file management systems for ongoing photography projects
- Ensure consistent quality standards across all processed property images
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for basic image processing tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate property labeling
- Experience with Gmail and email management systems
- Ability to work independently during Australian morning hours (6:00 to 10:00 AM)
- Reliable internet connection for downloading and uploading large image files
- Basic understanding of image formatting requirements for web and print applications
