Responsibilities

Technical Interviewing & Hiring Support

• Conduct structured technical interviews for developer candidates across multiple technology stacks
• Evaluate candidate skills including backend, frontend, AI, cloud, and blockchain technologies
• Provide detailed written feedback, scoring, and hiring recommendations
• Support onboarding and technical evaluation processes for new hires
• Assist in improving technical hiring standards and interview frameworks

Technical Leadership & Engineering Support

• Review code submissions, architecture proposals, and technical documentation
• Provide feedback on engineering best practices and development quality
• Assist with project scoping, technical estimations, and solution planning
• Support internal teams with technical guidance when required

Client Collaboration & Representation

• Participate in technical discussions and client calls when needed
• Explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Represent the company professionally during client engagements
• Support solution validation and project planning discussions

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong knowledge of modern development stacks including backend, frontend, and cloud technologies
• Experience conducting technical interviews, mentoring developers, or leading engineering teams
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Ability to confidently lead technical discussions and present solutions
• Strong understanding of system design, architecture patterns, and software best practices
• Reliable availability for scheduled interviews and client meetings
• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment

Highly Regarded Skills & Experience

• Experience working with AI systems, LLM applications, or automation technologies
• Experience with blockchain or Web3 development projects
• Prior consulting, outsourcing, or agency-based engineering experience
• Experience working with international teams or clients
• Experience conducting system design or architecture-focused interviews
