You’ll be the voice of support for a passionate community of fashion enthusiasts who truly value personal connection. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer email inquiries regarding order status, shipping updates, and general support questions
  • Manage customer service requests through Instagram DMs and social media channels
  • Use Shopify to investigate and track customer orders when status inquiries are received
  • Navigate internal logistics software to locate packages and provide accurate shipping updates
  • Communicate with management regarding shipping delays or issues requiring escalation
  • Maintain consistent, community-focused communication tone that aligns with brand values
  • Reference previous response templates to ensure consistency in customer interactions
  • Provide proactive support during collection launch periods and quieter development phases

Requirements

  • Must have hands-on experience with Shopify platform for order management and tracking
  • Strong written communication skills for email and social media customer service
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail for accurate order tracking and customer inquiry resolution
  • Bonus if you have experience with e-commerce customer service best practices
  • It helps if you’re familiar with fashion/retail customer expectations and seasonal business cycles
