Collections Resolution Officer

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:30 AM  - 7:00 PM NZ time (with a 30-minute unpaid break) 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week

Job Description

  • Negotiate payment arrangements with customers for overdue accounts.
  • Achieve a minimum 70% success rate on payment arrangements.
  • Handle customer communications professionally within a 5-minute target timeframe.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate account records.
  • Manage customer complaints according to company policy.
  • Provide updates to clients on collection progress.
  • Work remotely while maintaining high-performance standards.
  • Meet quality assurance requirements consistently.
  • Handle all communication with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication abilities.
  • Experience in collections or customer service (preferred).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Professional phone manners and problem-solving mindset.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
