Job Description:

You’ll be the vital connection between interested prospects and this innovative AI platform. This role puts you at the center of a high-growth tech company’s expansion, where your communication skills directly impact revenue and growth. You’ll work with a substantial database of pre-qualified, opt-in leads who have already expressed interest in the company’s cutting-edge AI solutions. This is an opportunity to grow with a technology leader while developing valuable skills in a remote-first environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Call prospects who have scheduled appointments to confirm attendance and gather basic qualifying information
  • Conduct outreach calls to a database of 90,000 opt-in leads to schedule new sales appointments
  • Follow a proven 5-7 minute script to qualify prospects and book high-quality appointments
  • Seamlessly transition between confirmation calls and lead generation based on real-time booking activity
  • Ask simple qualification questions about the prospect's interest and investment capability
  • Maintain professional communication standards while representing an innovative AI technology company
  • Track and report on call metrics and appointment conversion rates
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead qualification processes

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone presence

  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision

  • Basic computer skills for using pre-programmed software and CRM systems

  • Bonus if you have experience with appointment setting or lead generation

  • Must be comfortable working with companies that serve diverse markets, including adult content creators (no exposure to content required)
