Our client is seeking a highly skilled Zoho One Developer to optimize, customize, and expand their Zoho One ecosystem. This role focuses on supporting Zoho G6 applications, consolidating workflows, and streamlining multiple business functions into a unified, efficient system across sales, finance, logistics, and operations.
Responsibilities
Zoho One Customization & Support
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Zoho One applications (CRM, Books, Inventory, Analytics, Creator, Projects, Flow, People, and more)
- Implement Deluge scripting, automation rules, and workflows to eliminate repetitive tasks
- Manage user roles, permissions, and data access controls
App Consolidation within Zoho One
- Audit existing business processes to identify overlapping app functionality
- Consolidate workflows into core platforms such as CRM or Creator to reduce app sprawl
- Design unified dashboards and cross-department reporting using Zoho Analytics and Zia
Integration & Automation
- Build automations and API integrations between Zoho One apps and approved external systems (e.g., Xero, Shopify, Office 365, Google Workspace)
- Develop Zoho Flow automations or custom integrations to keep data synchronized
- Create custom Zoho Creator applications for unique operational needs
Process Optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document workflows and redesign processes
- Recommend system enhancements that reduce manual work and improve operational accuracy
- Support forecasting and data-driven insights through Zoho Analytics modeling
Data & Reporting
- Manage data migration, cleansing, and synchronization across Zoho applications
- Develop KPI dashboards covering sales, inventory, logistics, and financial performance
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience within the Zoho One ecosystem (CRM, Creator, Books, Inventory, Flow, Analytics)
- Proficiency in Deluge scripting, custom functions, and API integrations
- Proven track record consolidating apps and workflows within Zoho One
- Solid understanding of business process automation across sales, supply chain, finance, or HR
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with Australian businesses, including familiarity with GST, BAS, invoicing standards, and compliance requirements
Bonus Skills
- Experience with third-party integrations (e.g., Shopify, Stripe, Xero)
- Background in ERP-style implementations within Zoho
- Familiarity with Zoho forecasting tools and AI features such as Zia
