Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2pm to 6pm Central

Job Description: You’ll handle the complete sales cycle from initial contact through closing, helping parents invest in their children’s athletic development and competitive opportunities. This dual role offers variety and growth as you’ll generate leads, set appointments, and close sales for youth training programs and team placements. You’ll work with enthusiastic families who value their young athletes’ growth, making this both rewarding and impactful.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospect lists for basketball training services and team placements
• Set appointments with interested parents and young athletes
• Conduct sales presentations and close deals for training programs
• Sell team placements and individual basketball training services
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales pipeline
• Meet performance milestones and KPI targets set by management
• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and conversion rates

Requirements:

• Experience in both appointment setting and sales closing
• Strong communication skills for engaging with parents and young athletes
• Ability to handle full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
• Results-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet sales targets
• Bonus if you have knowledge of sports, athletics, or youth development
• It helps if you have experience selling services to families or parents
