Responsibilities

  • Contact new and existing leads via phone, email, SMS, or CRM messaging
  • Respond to inbound inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline, etc.)
  • Schedule appointments or strategy calls for the sales team
  • Update and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Track lead status, follow-ups, and outcomes
  • Re-engage cold or unresponsive leads
  • Maintain clear notes and communication logs for sales handoff
  • Meet daily/weekly call and booking targets
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Lead Generation Specialist, or Inside Sales Representative
  • Experience in financial and insurance industries is a plus
  • Strong phone presence and confident communication skills
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, GoHighLevel, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to handle objections professionally
  • Results-driven and comfortable working with targets
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in outbound sales calling
  • Familiarity with sales qualification frameworks (BANT, SPIN, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and pipeline management
  • Experience in [insert industry – e.g., real estate, healthcare, SaaS, etc.]

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
