Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling campaigns to homeowners to identify potential property sellers
- Handle text campaign responses, qualify leads, and conduct phone conversations as needed
- Perform deal analysis by running numbers on properties to determine profitability
- Research property comparables using Zillow and other real estate software platforms
- Evaluate whether the seller's asking prices align with investment criteria
- Send purchase agreements and manage deals through to closing
- Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to deal completion
- Qualify prospects and determine their motivation and timeline for selling
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in sales or real estate (mid-level, not junior)
- Proven ability to close deals, not just set appointments
- Exceptional verbal English clarity with the ability to navigate complex conversations and build trust with US homeowners.
- Experience with cold calling and lead qualification
- Ability to analyze real estate deals and understand market comparables
- Familiarity with real estate software and tools (training will be provided)
- Comfortable with rejection and persistence in sales outreach
Scope:
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Initial hire with potential to scale team to 10+ cold callers based on performance
- Focus on real estate investment deals, including buy-and-hold and fix-and-flip properties
- Work with an established real estate investment company with 6 years of operating history
