This role is ideal for someone who combines high-level creative execution with strategic marketing thinking and strong analytics capability.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing & Social Media Designer who will take ownership of the brand’s digital presence and marketing performance.
This is not just a content posting role. You will be responsible for:
- Producing advertising-quality design work
- Planning and executing strategic campaigns
- Using GA4 and analytics to continuously improve results
- Translating business objectives into measurable marketing outcomes
You will play a key role in how the brand shows up to the design community and how digital activity converts into qualified interest and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
Brand, Design & Content Production
- Develop original creative concepts and high-quality visual assets for social media, website, email campaigns, and presentations
- Design graphics, layouts, and simple motion/video content using Adobe Creative Cloud (or equivalent professional tools)
- Create content tailored to interior designers and architects (project features, product-in-context stories, educational posts, application ideas)
- Maintain consistent visual standards and brand integrity across all platforms
Social Media & Campaign Management
- Own and manage the social media strategy and content calendar (Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms)
- Plan and publish content aligned with commercial priorities
- Manage daily posting, comments, and DMs in line with brand voice
- Plan and execute digital campaigns (product launches, featured ranges, project highlights)
- Coordinate with sales and leadership to align marketing with pipeline opportunities
Analytics, GA4 & Performance Reporting
- Set up and maintain tracking for marketing activities (UTMs, GA4 events, conversions)
- Monitor website, social, and campaign performance
- Provide clear monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Use GA4 data to refine targeting, content strategy, messaging, and timing
- Run simple A/B tests and document learnings
Collaboration & Workflow Management
- Work closely with leadership and sales teams to understand target designers and projects
- Translate business goals into structured marketing plans and content schedules
- Brief and coordinate external suppliers (photographers, videographers, web support)
- Maintain organized asset libraries and basic process documentation
Requirements
Essential
- Significant experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency, studio, or in-house marketing team
- Strong portfolio showcasing original campaign work and digital assets (not template-based outputs)
- Proven experience managing brand social media (planning, publishing, community management, reporting)
- Strong working knowledge of GA4, including events, conversions, and reporting insights
- Advanced skills in professional design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus)
- Strong understanding of how to create content for interior designers and architects — or demonstrated ability to quickly learn industry nuances
- Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage projects independently from brief to delivery
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to architects, interior designers, builders, or design-led industries
- Experience with EDM platforms and automation workflows
- Familiarity with WordPress and basic on-page SEO
