Senior Sales Development Representative – Luxury Fashion Brands

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first dedicated sales team member at a growing agency in the luxury fashion space. This role focuses on building the top-of-funnel sales function from the ground up, conducting outbound outreach, and generating qualified opportunities for the Director of Sales.

You will leverage multiple prospecting strategies, test new cold calling channels using the company’s CRM dialer, and help optimize sales processes as the agency scales.

Monthly Rate: USD 1360
Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST (1-hour unpaid break)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach across multiple channels to luxury and elevated fashion brands
  • Prospect and identify qualified leads using established prospecting strategies and target lists
  • Schedule and book meetings with qualified prospects for the Director of Sales
  • Execute cold calling campaigns using the new CRM dialer to test this channel
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities in the company’s CRM system
  • Work directly with the Director of Sales to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
  • Focus exclusively on top-of-funnel activities (no closing or demo responsibilities)
  • Help optimize outbound processes as the company scales its sales operations


Requirements

  • Previous experience in a senior SDR or similar outbound sales role
  • Strong English communication skills and professional phone presence for cold calling
  • Experience prospecting and engaging with B2B clients, preferably in creative or luxury markets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales outreach tools
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with sales leadership

Bonus / Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working with fashion, luxury, or creative industry clients


Side Note

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
