Job Title: Brand Graphic Designer (Specializing in Luxury Aesthetic)

Assignment Type: Part-time Project-based (minimum 3-month contract)

Work Schedule: Flexible in client’s business hours in Central Time (20 hours per week - specific timings to be determined by the client)

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Brand Elevation: Develop and refine the company’s brand identity, including color schemes and brand guidelines, to align with a "clean, bright, and refined" luxury aesthetic.
  • Collateral Creation: Design and produce high-end advertising digital and print collateral (marketing materials, client handouts, and branded brochures).
  • Email & Sales Materials: Create compelling custom-designed presentations and templates for client emails and newsletters.
  • Canva Management: Ensure all marketing templates in Canva are organized, consistent, and easy for the internal team to use.
  • Strategic Design: Tailor designs to a high-end target audience by understanding the firm's specific marketing strategy.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends to drive innovation in the brand’s visual storytelling.

Requirements

  • Portfolio: A portfolio or samples showcasing a "luxury/minimalist" style is required.
  • Expertise: High proficiency in Canva is a must.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in graphic design with a strong background in branding.
  • Design Fundamentals: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively on the creative vision.

Highly Regarded Skills

  • Experience in digital photography or basic photo editing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with social media templates and digital advertising.
