Job Title: Brand Graphic Designer (Specializing in Luxury Aesthetic)

Responsibilities
- Brand Elevation: Develop and refine the company’s brand identity, including color schemes and brand guidelines, to align with a "clean, bright, and refined" luxury aesthetic.
- Collateral Creation: Design and produce high-end advertising digital and print collateral (marketing materials, client handouts, and branded brochures).
- Email & Sales Materials: Create compelling custom-designed presentations and templates for client emails and newsletters.
- Canva Management: Ensure all marketing templates in Canva are organized, consistent, and easy for the internal team to use.
- Strategic Design: Tailor designs to a high-end target audience by understanding the firm's specific marketing strategy.
- Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends to drive innovation in the brand’s visual storytelling.
Requirements
- Portfolio: A portfolio or samples showcasing a "luxury/minimalist" style is required.
- Expertise: High proficiency in Canva is a must.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in graphic design with a strong background in branding.
- Design Fundamentals: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively on the creative vision.
Highly Regarded Skills
- Experience in digital photography or basic photo editing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with social media templates and digital advertising.
