Real Estate Photo Post-Production Specialist / Graphic Designer
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, visually-driven professional to ensure the quality and consistency of real estate photography and media before it reaches clients. This role combines technical post-production, photo editing, and basic graphic design responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Review completed real estate photo shoots for visual accuracy and consistency (crooked lines, color balance, brightness, and composition).
- Make minor edits in Photoshop (verticals, color, brightness, small distractions).
- Review aerial images and check video files for readiness.
- Make basic floor plan corrections.
- Package and deliver finished media via Aryeo or the delivery platform.
- Communicate issues or missing elements prior to delivery.
- Assist with minor graphic design tasks, such as marketing flyers, website banners, or social media graphics.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong visual composition and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow structured workflows and maintain consistency across multiple projects.
- Basic understanding of floor plan corrections and photo/video readiness checks.
- Ability to manage high-volume media efficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with real estate photo editing or architectural photography.
- Familiarity with video editing or motion graphics (optional).
- Experience with digital marketing assets.
Schedule
- Work Days: Tuesday – Saturday
- Start Time: Flexible, 4:00 AM – 6:00 AM MST
- End Time: Typically 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM MST
- Training: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST (approx. 2 weeks or until ready)
