Job Description:

You’ll play a crucial role in connecting our client’s innovative platform with talent management agencies who need streamlined solutions for managing their influencer rosters. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing tech company in the creator economy space, where your outreach efforts directly contribute to helping agencies better serve their clients. You’ll work in a supportive remote environment with clear leads provided and focus purely on relationship building and appointment setting.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to1:00 PM Pacific Time, California (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

    • Conduct targeted phone outreach to pre-qualified talent management agencies
    • Send personalized email campaigns to prospective clients in the creator economy
    • Engage with decision-makers through strategic LinkedIn messaging
    • Execute Instagram outreach when appropriate for specific prospects
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team
    • Maintain organized follow-up sequences using proper lead management techniques
    • Track and document all outreach activities and prospect interactions
    • Build relationships with agency owners and managers in the influencer space

Requirements:

    • Strong English communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
    • Outgoing and energetic personality with natural relationship-building abilities
    • Excellent listening skills and ability to understand prospect needs
    • Previous experience in sales outreach, appointment setting, or BDR roles
    • Organizational skills for systematic follow-up and lead management
    • Resilience to handle rejection while maintaining persistent outreach efforts
    • Experience with phone-based sales campaigns and email outreach
    • Familiarity with LinkedIn for professional prospecting
    • Bonus if you have experience in the creator economy, influencer marketing, or talent management space
    • It helps if you’re comfortable with Instagram outreach and social selling techniques
