Sales Support Representative

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 1 pm - 5 pm | Port Macquarie, NSW

Your Role:
As a Sales Support Representative, your main goal is to support our sales team by following up with prospects and existing clients, driving upsells, and re-engaging past customers. You’ll be the friendly voice that keeps our pipeline moving and ensures no opportunity is missed.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on sent quotes daily to convert prospects into customers
  • Offer optional items listed on quotes to assist with upsell conversion
  • Follow up with clients after jobs and invoices to maintain strong relationships
  • Re-engage past clients via phone during downtime to generate repeat business
  • Handle inbound sales calls and inquiries through our ServiceM8 system
  • Input customer information, quotes, and job details accurately into ServiceM8 CRM
  • Coordinate appointments and scheduling with the operations team
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries to prevent missed opportunities
  • Maintain consistent follow-up processes to maximize conversion rates

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales, sales support, or customer service experience in a BPO or virtual setting
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Basic computer skills and internet proficiency
  • Ability to learn software systems (ServiceM8, aerial measuring tools, etc.)
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred but not required
