Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, with 1 hour of unpaid break

Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive training materials including videos, step-by-step guides, and LayerPath walkthroughs for software implementations
- Create social media-style content and animated GIFs for internal communication platforms (Jabber, Connect, etc.)
- Collaborate with engagement managers to understand project requirements and training objectives
- Film and produce training videos for new software features and functionality
- Develop internal training materials, including LMS tutorials and guidelines.
- Serve as first point of escalation for training-related support inquiries via email
- Transform technical project specifications into user-friendly training content
- Create internal advertising materials to promote new features and processes within client organizations
- Work with support agents to ensure that they are trained properly on software tools that are supported, retraining as necessary.
Requirements:
- Experience in instructional design or training content development
- Proficiency with video production and editing tools
- Ability to create step-by-step documentation and visual guides
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with training software platforms and learning management systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training projects simultaneously
- Understanding of business processes and software implementations
- Customer service orientation for handling support inquiries
Scope:
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
