Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the vital link between our state-of-the-art pickleball club and our diverse membership base. You’ll manage a wide range of customer interactions, from membership inquiries to court bookings, utilizing advanced CRM systems and communication tools. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of recreational sports facilities. You’ll work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, handling various administrative tasks and contributing to the smooth operation of this groundbreaking club.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries via phone and email
  • Guide potential members through the registration process and explain membership benefits
  • Manage court reservations and assist with booking inquiries
  • Provide detailed information about the facility, including location, hours, and services
  • Update and maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
  • Oversee inventory management using Google Sheets
  • Process supply orders through platforms like Amazon
  • Take and distribute minutes during team meetings
  • Assist with travel arrangements for staff or VIP members when required
  • Handle diverse administrative tasks to support club operations

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in sports, fitness, or hospitality
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and general computer applications
  • Strong multitasking abilities and efficient prioritization skills
  • Creative problem-solving aptitude and meticulous attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for or willingness to learn about pickleball and recreational sports
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings and evenings
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
  • Adaptability to new technologies and eagerness to learn innovative systems
  • Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
