Our client is seeking an outstanding Customer Service Representative to become the voice of their premium bakery. In this role, you’ll manage customer interactions across phone, email, and digital channels while delivering a seamless, high-quality customer experience. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the elevated service standards their customers expect while working within a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized and detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Handle customer feedback professionally and support ongoing service improvement
- Participate in a rotating weekend schedule to ensure consistent service coverage
- Manage and prioritize email communications efficiently
- Utilize Microsoft 365 tools for daily tasks, reporting, and collaboration
Requirements
- Strong English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven customer service experience, ideally within a premium or luxury brand environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft 365
- Exceptional phone etiquette and professional communication style
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high service standards
- Flexibility to work weekends as part of a rotation schedule
