Job Description
You’ll play a crucial role in streamlining operations for a dynamic supplements manufacturer, working directly with the company owner and operations manager. This position offers the perfect blend of structured data management and administrative support, allowing you to make an immediate impact while gaining valuable experience in the growing health and wellness industry. You’ll work with established systems and processes, ensuring accuracy while supporting the team’s focus on core business activities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry by transferring information from various sources into existing Excel spreadsheets
  • Generate customer quotes using the company’s established, user-friendly quoting system
  • Support administrative tasks that free up leadership time for high-value activities
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all data handling and entry work
  • Follow established workflows and processes for consistent data management
  • Collaborate directly with the owner and operations manager on priority tasks
  • Handle routine administrative work that supports business operations and growth

Requirements

  • Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency (copy/paste data entry level, no advanced formulas required)
  • Strong English communication skills for clear collaboration with the team
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Ability to work independently and follow established processes reliably
  • Reliable internet connection and computer setup for seamless remote work
  • Bonus if you’re bilingual in Spanish (team has Spanish speakers and Colombia connections)
  • It helps if you have experience with administrative support or data entry roles
