Are you a detail-driven accounting professional who thrives on accuracy and organization? We’re looking for a reliable QuickBooks Online specialist to support day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, and payroll operations while working closely with a growing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of maintaining clean financial records, conducting reconciliations, and supporting accounting research and special projects that directly impact business decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Perform QuickBooks Online data entry and maintenance
- Handle account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Process payroll and manage sensitive compensation information
- Conduct accounting-related research and analysis projects
- Create and maintain spreadsheets for various business functions
- Handle special accounting requests and ad-hoc financial tasks
- Learn and implement company-specific accounting processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience with QuickBooks Online
- Strong accounting and bookkeeping background
- Ability to work during Central Standard Time business hours
- Experience with payroll processing preferred
- Proficiency in spreadsheet applications (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Discretion in handling confidential financial information
- Willingness to learn specialized industry processes
- Experience with reconciliation (non-negotiable)
