Agent B: Monday to Wednesday 1 pm to 7 pm and Saturday - Sunday 9 am to 7 pm GMT

Job Overview: You’ll be the crucial first point of contact for warm, inbound leads who have already expressed interest in property education products. This isn’t cold calling – every person you speak with has actively engaged with the company’s advertising and wants to learn more. You’ll conduct brief qualification conversations and seamlessly connect qualified prospects with the sales team, ensuring no opportunity is missed while the sales team focuses on closing deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound leads generated through Facebook advertising campaigns
  • Conduct 5-10 minute qualification calls to assess prospect interest and fit
  • Ask strategic qualifying questions to determine lead quality and urgency
  • Schedule appointments between qualified leads and appropriate sales team members
  • Manage lead information and appointment bookings using Go High Level CRM
  • Utilize WhatsApp for prospect communication when appropriate
  • Work with Aircall software for call recording and performance tracking
  • Ensure rapid response times to maximize lead conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and appointment outcomes
  • Collaborate directly with the sales team to optimize the handoff process

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
  • Experience in appointment setting, customer service, or sales support roles
  • Comfortable learning and working with CRM systems and multiple software platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple leads
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for professional phone calls
  • Ability to work UK business hours with weekend availability
  • Bonus if you have experience with Go High Level, WhatsApp Business, or VoIP systems
  • It helps if you’ve worked in education, real estate, or lead qualification roles
