Job Description:

You’ll drive revenue growth for a specialty printing business by reactivating an extensive database of past customers and developing new prospects through strategic outreach. This role offers the perfect blend of direct sales activity and creative marketing, with clear performance metrics and the opportunity to make a significant impact on business growth. You’ll work directly with warm leads from an established customer database while also building new relationships through digital channels.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calling campaigns to reactivate past customers and generate repeat business
• Manage email and lead nurturing sequences
• Respond to customer inquiries about printing services via phone and email
• Offer free product mockups to qualified prospects as part of the sales process
• Update and maintain customer information in Cin7 CRM system
• Track and report on lead generation activities and monthly conversion metrics
• Follow up on warm leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel

 

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling and telesales with measurable results
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with neutral accent
• Experience with CRM systems and lead management processes
• Basic digital marketing and social media management skills (for light marketing and lead research)
• Ability to work Australian business hours consistently
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently from home
• Results-oriented mindset with focus on monthly performance targets
• Bonus if you have experience with phone dialer systems like RingCentral or JustCall
• It helps if you have experience in B2B sales or niche market industries
