Role Overview:
The Revenue Operations Analyst supports core revenue operations functions, including deal desk, order management, and deal/customer data governance. This role ensures accurate, timely processing of revenue-related transactions and maintains high data quality across systems to support sales, account management, and customer success teams.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and experienced in supporting SaaS deal workflows across CRM, CPQ, and ERP environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the creation and management of order forms and statements of work (OTF).
- Own and process administrative requests, including downgrades, credit requests, cancellations, and related deal changes.
- Resolve CRM, CPQ, and ERP-related deal desk issues in collaboration with IT and Finance stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of deal- and customer-level data across revenue systems.
- Identify process and system improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce errors in the deal desk and order management workflows.
- Provide timely deal desk support to ensure minimal disruption to deal flow.
Performance Objectives:
- Increase deal velocity and win rates by resolving deal desk requests efficiently.
- Reduce administrative burden on Account Management and Customer Success teams by owning deal change requests.
- Improve data quality to support faster, more informed post-sales decision-making.
Success Metrics
- Deal desk requests are resolved within defined SLAs.
- Successful ownership of downgrade, credit, and cancellation workflows.
- Measurable improvement in customer and deal data accuracy across systems.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Working knowledge of SaaS contracts, statements of work, and common deal structures and terms.
- Hands-on experience with GTM systems such as CRM, CPQ, e-signature platforms, and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, IT, and customer teams.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent requests.
