Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic cold calling campaigns to identify and engage potential B2B customers
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and business requirements for equipment purchases
  • Schedule and book sales appointments for closing calls with decision makers
  • Maintain detailed records of lead interactions, qualification status, and pipeline progression
  • Execute multi-touchpoint follow-up sequences to nurture prospects through the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize conversion rates and refine targeting strategies
  • Analyze lead generation metrics and provide insights for campaign optimization

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Apollo or similar lead generation platforms and tools
  • Strong cold calling experience with demonstrated success in B2B environments
  • Excellent qualification and discovery questioning abilities to identify qualified prospects
  • Experience with appointment setting and calendar management for sales teams
  • Professional phone presence with clear communication skills for executive-level conversations
  • Results-driven mindset with ability to meet activity metrics and conversion targets
  • Bonus if you have CRM experience for lead tracking and pipeline management
