Overview:

We’re seeking a WordPress Front-end Developer with strong WordPress and Oxygen experience to build high-performing, SEO-friendly websites. This role is ideal for a problem solver who works independently, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of both execution and outcomes.

 

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom WordPress websites using Oxygen Builder
• Write clean, responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Implement and support functionality using PHP
• Apply SEO best practices across site structure, on-page content, and performance
• Contribute to website content writing and optimization
• Optimize page speed, UX, and Core Web Vitals
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve website issues efficiently
• Manage tasks, timelines, and communication using Monday.com
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders

 

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with WordPress + Oxygen Builder
• Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience implementing SEO best practices
• Content writing and on-page optimization experience
• Experience managing work in Monday.com
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

 

Preferred:

• Agency or multi-client experience
• Performance optimization and Core Web Vitals experience
• Basic CRO or UX strategy experience
