Job Description:

You’ll be the architect of quality for a platform that impacts thousands of users daily. This is a rare opportunity to build comprehensive QA processes from the ground up while working with a globally distributed team of developers. You’ll establish testing standards, create automation frameworks, and ensure platform reliability as the company scales. Responsibilities:

• Establish comprehensive QA processes and workflows from scratch for a rewards platform
• Create detailed test cases and testing documentation where none currently exist
• Develop and implement automated testing scripts for core platform features and functionality
• Conduct ongoing manual and automated testing to ensure platform quality and reliability
• Collaborate effectively with distributed development teams across Russia, Ukraine, Pakistan, India, Germany, South Africa, and America
• Support QA coverage planning and mentor potential additional part-time QA team members
• Work closely with German-based development manager to align testing with development cycles
• Ensure quality standards are maintained as the platform scales to serve more users and merchants

 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional QA testing experience with web applications
• Strong experience creating comprehensive test cases and testing documentation from scratch
• Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting for web-based platforms
• Experience working with distributed development teams across different time zones
• Ability to establish QA processes and workflows independently with minimal guidance
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with international team members across multiple time zones
• Bonus if you have experience with rewards platforms, e-commerce, or multi-tenant applications
• It helps if you’ve worked in flexible, results-oriented work environments
