Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: 9 to 5pm, (40 hours per week) working Australian time zone 

Responsibilities

• Screen and filter job applications from Seek according to specific client criteria
• Conduct initial phone screenings with potential candidates to assess suitability and work ethic
• Schedule qualified candidates for face-to-face or Zoom interviews with recruitment consultants
• Follow detailed screening scripts and criteria provided during training
• Handle high-volume application processing (300+ applications per job posting)
• Book approximately 5 interviews per job opening to account for no-shows and unsuitable candidates

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills with clear, professional phone manner that sounds Australian
• Previous recruitment or customer service experience preferred (3+ years ideal)
• Strong ability to assess character and work ethic through phone conversations
• Computer literacy and comfort navigating job board platforms like Seek
• Ability to follow detailed processes and criteria consistently
• Professional demeanor when representing the company to job seekers

Scope

• Full-time position (40 hours per week) working Australian time zone
• Initial focus on Seek platform with potential expansion to FastTrack recruitment software
• Handle screening for blue collar roles including warehouse, logistics, and construction positions
• Process casual and temporary job placements primarily
• Work directly under company director for training and ongoing guidance
• Potential for role expansion based on performance and company growth
