Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
- Client timezone: Dallas, TX
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to decision makers including operations managers, warehouse managers, and other key hiring authorities
- Identify companies that are actively hiring and have immediate staffing needs
- Qualify prospects to determine if they have used staffing firms before and are open to utilizing staffing services
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and timeline urgency
- Schedule initial meetings and appointments for you to close deals
- Research and identify prospects through grassroots methods including job board analysis
- Focus outreach efforts on clerical, industrial, logistics, telecommunications, call center, and managerial positions
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, specifically within the staffing or recruiting industry
- Business development experience with B2B appointment setting
- Understanding of staffing industry dynamics and client needs
- Experience working with decision makers in industrial, logistics, or corporate environments
- Ability to conduct effective discovery conversations and qualify prospects
- Strong communication skills for phone-based prospecting
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with prospecting tools (Apollo experience preferred)
Scope:
- Primary focus on Texas market, specifically Dallas and Houston regions
- Front-end sales activities only (appointment setting and qualification, not deal closing)
- Multi-industry focus including clerical, industrial, logistics, telecommunications, and managerial roles
- High-urgency environment requiring immediate capacity building
- Remote work capability with phone-based prospecting as primary activity
