This role offers the chance to build comprehensive bookkeeping systems from the ground up while working in the Eastern Standard Time zone.

 

• Clear up the existing bookkeeping backlog across multiple business entities
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Record billing transactions and manage credit card account entries
• Process accounts payable and payroll transactions
• Generate and manage invoices
• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping operations once backlog is cleared
• Work with QuickBooks to manage all financial data

Requirements

• QuickBooks certification required
• Proven bookkeeping background and experience
• Experience working with multiple business entities
• Ability to work full-time Eastern Standard Time hours
• Strong attention to detail for cleanup and ongoing accuracy
• Capability to handle both project-based backlog work and routine maintenance
