Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and supplier onboarding processes. This role combines creative marketing support with administrative and research responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while supporting business growth through effective campaigns and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage email newsletters and basic marketing campaigns, including email campaigns for business development
- Design brochures and marketing materials using Canva or similar tools
- Support marketing initiatives across digital channels
- Assist with onboarding new suppliers, including documentation and coordination
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities
- Maintain organized records of suppliers and marketing assets
- Add and manage property listings on the company website
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency
- Provide general marketing and administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Experience supporting marketing activities and campaigns
- Proficiency in Mailchimp for newsletters and business development email campaigns
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar platforms)
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable conducting online research and summarizing findings
- Reliable internet connection and computer access
