Client location: Houston, TX, Central time
Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to inbound leads from organic website traffic
- Follow up with and qualify potential real estate investment clients
- Schedule discovery calls and appointments with the founder
- Conduct outbound prospecting using proprietary competitor property data
- Reach out to property owners who are self-managing or using competitors
- Develop and execute multi-channel outreach strategies (phone, email, text)
- Collaborate with founder to refine messaging and approach strategies
- Handle small operational tasks when not actively generating leads
Requirements:
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Ability to work Houston, Texas hours
- Willingness to learn and be trained up in the role
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools preferred
- Interest in real estate or property management industry a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Scope:
