E-commerce Administrator

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

You’ll be the driving force behind this company’s online growth, managing their entire product catalog and helping customers discover the perfect lighting for their homes. This isn’t just data entry — you’ll craft compelling product stories, ensure every specification is accurate, and play a key role in a business positioned for expansion. You’ll work with beautiful, high-quality lighting products and have the creative freedom to write descriptions that help customers envision these pieces in their spaces.

 

Responsibilities

  • Upload new lighting products to Shopify with complete specifications and compelling descriptions

  • Write engaging product copy that highlights the beauty and functionality of brass lighting fixtures

  • Input detailed product specifications, including dimensions, materials, colors, electrical information, and pricing

  • Maintain and update existing product listings to ensure accuracy and appeal

  • Manage inventory numbers and product categorization across the e-commerce platform

  • Follow established procedures while contributing creative input to product presentation

  • Ensure all product data meets quality standards and customer expectations

  • Support the founders in scaling their online operations efficiently

 

Requirements

  • Excellent English writing skills with the ability to create compelling product descriptions

  • Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and product specifications

  • Experience working remotely with the ability to work independently

  • Reliable internet connection and a professional work setup

  • Shopify or e-commerce platform experience is a plus

  • Experience with home décor, lighting, or retail products is an advantage

  • Copywriting or marketing experience is a bonus
