Client Support Specialist

Schedule: Monday – Friday from 9am – 5:30pm Eastern Standard Time (9 PM to 5:30 AM PHT)
 
 
Responsibilities
  • The individual would be taking and making client services phone calls
  • Naming documents and adding them to client files.
  • Notifying the proper department of important changes in the clients account.
  • Giving clients updates on their accounts and addressing their concerns and questions.
 
Requirements
 
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the client servicing field - Any type of industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build strong relationships.
  • A proactive and dynamic approach to problem-solving and client management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
