Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Social Media (Social-First) Video Editor to lead the creation, optimization, and localization of high-performing video content across major social platforms for global corporations.
This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role focused on delivering scalable, platform-native video campaigns. The ideal candidate is a motion-graphics-capable Senior Video Editor with deep expertise in platform specifications and experience scaling and localizing high-volume social-first content for global brands.
The role requires strong strategic thinking in interpreting technical and media specifications to ensure creative excellence, technical accuracy, and seamless internal production workflows at scale.

The client works with global corporations to deliver high-performing, social-first video campaigns across diverse platforms and international markets. They focus on scalable, localized, and performance-driven content that maintains creative excellence while meeting strict technical platform requirements.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM UK Timezone, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)(Flexible within the client’s UK business hours.)

Responsibilities
- Lead the in-depth analysis and strategic interpretation of technical and media specifications across diverse social platforms and global markets.
- Edit and deliver optimized social-first video content for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
- Apply strong expertise in platform specifications, safe zones, aspect ratios, and best practices to ensure maximum performance.
- Optimize outputs to minimize platform-specific variations while maintaining creative and technical quality.
- Design and integrate advanced motion graphics to strengthen storytelling and brand consistency.
- Localize global campaigns for multiple regions, adapting language, cultural elements, and formats.
- Coordinate and distribute production tasks across editors and production partners.
- Collaborate with creative teams to align content with campaign objectives.
- Maintain and improve efficient post-production workflows to support scale and speed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Video Editor specializing in social-first content.
- Strong platform expertise across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snapchat, including specifications and safe zones.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize content for multiple platforms with minimal variation.
- Advanced motion graphics capability.
- Experience localizing global campaigns for various markets.
- Background working with pharmaceutical/medical brands, global brands, eCommerce businesses, or similar large-scale environments (preferred).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent English communication skills with proactive problem-solving ability.
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects
- Working knowledge of Figma for storyboard production
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
