Creative Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

We’re hiring a Creative & Marketing Operations Specialist to support execution across multiple brands. This is a hybrid creative + operational role, not a junior social media position. You’ll execute across design, copy, paid ads, email, listings, and reporting using structured workflows and modern marketing tools.

Reporting & Oversight

This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing. All work is strategically directed, reviewed, and approved to ensure brand alignment, quality, and performance.

Work Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week), Sun - 12-4pm PT, Mon - 9-5am PT, Thu - 9-5pm PT

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Content

  • Design social, email, ad, and digital assets
  • Light video and reel editing
  • Build and maintain templates in Canva and Adobe

Social Media

  • Create, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Write captions, CTAs, and hashtags
  • Manage platforms via Later Social and native tools

Paid Media

  • Manage boosted posts and event ads in Meta Ads Manager
  • Monitor budgets and optimize performance
  • Support basic Google Ads as needed

Email Marketing

  • Write and deploy event-driven emails
  • Coordinate send schedules with ticket pacing
  • Build campaigns in Thirdplace, Mailchimp, and Eventbrite

Web & Listings

  • Update websites in Squarespace
  • Create and manage Facebook Events, Eventbrite listings, and local event listings

Analytics & Reporting

  • Weekly and monthly reporting on social, email, paid media, and ticket sales
  • Maintain dashboards in Google Sheets / PHH Marketing Dashboard

Tools Required

Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics & Ads, Thirdplace, CRM/workflow tools, Instagram, TikTok

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
