We’re looking for a Paid Media Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our client's paid advertising efforts and help drive qualified leads, sales, and brand growth. This role is focused on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads, with plenty of room to test, learn, and scale what works.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Monitor performance daily and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CTR, and conversions
- Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient, cost-effective spending
- Test and iterate on ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting
- Track results and prepare performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics
- Identify trends and insights to continuously improve campaign performance
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Experience optimizing campaigns for leads, sales, or conversions
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple campaigns
Nice to Have (but not required)
- Experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization
- Familiarity with other platforms or tools (e.g. GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio)
- Experience working with e-commerce or lead-generation campaigns
