Paid Media Marketing Specialist (Meta & Google Ads)

We’re looking for a Paid Media Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our client's paid advertising efforts and help drive qualified leads, sales, and brand growth. This role is focused on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads, with plenty of room to test, learn, and scale what works.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
  • Monitor performance daily and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CTR, and conversions
  • Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient, cost-effective spending
  • Test and iterate on ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting
  • Track results and prepare performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics
  • Identify trends and insights to continuously improve campaign performance

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Experience optimizing campaigns for leads, sales, or conversions
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple campaigns

Nice to Have (but not required)

  • Experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization
  • Familiarity with other platforms or tools (e.g. GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio)
  • Experience working with e-commerce or lead-generation campaigns
