Spanish Bilingual Marketing Manager (Klaviyo)

You will own the entire email and SMS lifecycle—from welcome to win-back. Your mission is to drive revenue, retention, and brand loyalty through thoughtful automation, segmentation, and testing. This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy-only position.

Client Overview
Our client is a premium, award-winning BBQ and gourmet food brand built on craftsmanship, flavor authority, and community. They're scaling our direct-to-consumer (DTC) business and looking for an experienced lifecycle marketer to own email and SMS as a core revenue channel—not just a newsletter. If you’ve built high-performing Klaviyo flows, understand segmentation, LTV, and attribution, and know how to blend brand storytelling with conversion, this role is for you.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 5:00 am - 2:00 pm PST (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

Lifecycle & Automation

  • Build, optimize, and maintain all Klaviyo flows, including:
    • Welcome
    • Abandoned Browse / Cart / Checkout
    • Post-Purchase Education
    • Review & UGC
    • Replenishment
    • VIP / Loyalty
    • Win-Back / Sunset
  • Ensure flows are segmented by behavior, product type, and customer value
  • Coordinate email + SMS timing and logic

Campaigns & Revenue

  • Plan and execute weekly campaigns (product launches, seasonal moments, gifting)
  • Own campaign calendars for key dates (holidays, special occasions, seasonal campaigns)
  • Optimize for revenue per recipient, not just open rates

Copy, Creative & Brand Voice

  • Write or oversee high-converting copy in a premium, founder-led brand voice
  • Collaborate on creative direction (imagery, layout, CTA strategy)
  • Balance education, storytelling, and conversion

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track and report on:
    • Flow-driven revenue
    • Conversion rates
    • LTV by cohort
    • List growth & engagement
    • Subscriptions
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, timing, and offers
  • Continuously improve performance based on data

Requirements

  • 2+ years managing email/SMS for Shopify brands
  • Deep Klaviyo experience (flows, segmentation, conditional logic)
  • Proven track record of flow-driven revenue (screenshots or case studies required)
  • Experience with CPG / food / consumables strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing
  • Ability to work independently and own outcomes

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
