Job Description: You’ll drive business growth for an established cycling apparel company by building relationships with retailers and teams who need custom sportswear solutions. This role combines traditional B2B sales with client relationship management, where you’ll help cycling teams bring their brand vision to life through custom kit designs. You’ll work in a passionate niche market with room to scale significantly as the company expands globally.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted outreach to cycling retailers and potential retail partners
- Build and maintain relationships with cycling teams for custom kit orders
- Manage the complete sales process from initial contact through order completion
- Coordinate with clients on custom design requirements including sponsor logos and colors
- Liaise between clients and design team to ensure accurate production specifications
- Handle both stock kit sales to retailers and custom design projects for teams
- Manage client communication during design approval and revision processes
- Develop and maintain sales pipeline using CRM tools and reporting systems
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of B2B sales experience with proven track record
- Experience selling in English-speaking markets (UK, US, Australia)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and results-driven approach
- Bonus if you have understanding of custom product sales processes
- It helps if you’re familiar with cycling industry or sports apparel
