25 hours a week
Tuesday-Saturday 10-3 pm PST
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate real estate transactions using Skyslope system
- Send emails to clients and manage ongoing client communications
- Facilitate document signing processes and form completion
- Load listings into MLS system
- Paragon is the MLS system. It's called paragon residential in Vancouver BC
- Update CRM records and maintain accurate transaction documentation
- Conduct occasional phone calls with clients when email communication isn’t sufficient
- Manage back-and-forth communications between all parties involved in transactions
Requirements:
- Administrative experience, preferably in real estate or related field
- Familiarity with the Skyslope system or ability to learn quickly with training
- Strong email communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems and record management
- Knowledge of real estate processes and transaction coordination
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
- Professional phone communication skills for occasional client calls
