Job Description:

You’ll be the backbone of daily operations for a thriving insurance brokerage that puts client relationships first. This role offers the perfect blend of customer interaction, administrative excellence, and growth potential. You’ll handle everything from phone coverage during busy client meetings to backend systems management, ensuring seamless service delivery. As the business scales, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your responsibilities and grow alongside a team that values long-term partnerships over quick turnover.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and professionally route incoming calls to appropriate licensed agents and team members
  • Provide exceptional customer service support and handle follow-up communications with clients
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendar management across the remote team
  • Maintain Excel tracking systems and perform accurate data entry for client records
  • Handle administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and backend operational support
  • Support social media activities and light marketing initiatives as needed
  • Make outbound customer service calls to ensure timely client communication
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide initial support before connecting clients with licensed professionals

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams phone system and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
  • Experience with JotForm or similar online form management platforms
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and client privacy requirements in healthcare/insurance environments
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup for remote work

  • Bonus if you have CRM experience (Thrive CRM familiarity is a plus but not required)
